Appraiser certified by AQS since 1990. Edie has appraised many private and public collections as well as appraised at quilt shows, shops and guilds.

Edie has had her work exhibited in invitational exhibits and has curated traveling exhibits. She has served as a consultant to new guilds, quilt shows and museums. She has written articles for several national magazines and been featured in the NQA Quilting Quarterly and Quilters Newsletter Magazine. She was inducted into the Land of Lincoln Quilters Assn Hall of Fame in August 1996.

She is past President of the Professional Association of Appraisers/Quilted Textiles.
